Dr. Soloski, who is the Director of the Immunology Training Program at Johns Hopkins, is a co-Principal Investigator with Dr. John Aucott on the landmark SLICE clinical trial and specializes in the study of certain immune cells (T-cells) and their role in immune recognition, autoimmunity, and host response to infection in acute and chronic disease states.  SLICE (Study of Lyme disease Immunology and Clinical Events) is a prospective cohort study examining the impact of acute Lyme disease on long-term health outcomes and immune function.
