Each of our Lyme Disease Biobank® collection sites is unique in terms of location, the number and types of people and patients they see with tick-borne diseases, and the structure of their medical practice. We have sites in family practice, urgent care centers, community settings, and academic medical centers. However, these sites all have one thing in common: They have experience treating patients with Lyme and tick-borne diseases and are partnering with our Biobank to find answers about these complex infections. Current collection sites are listed below with information on the types of samples they are collecting and how to connect to staff that can answer your questions about donating a sample. There is no cost to families or patients donating blood, urine, or tissue.
